Vehicular pollutants are a major factor in climatic changes. Cars and trucks do not fully utilize all the fuel they consume, resulting in loss of usable energy and the release of various nitrous oxides, (NO, NO2, N2O), Sulfer Dioxide, (SO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere.
The release of these pollutants into our air has been catastrophic for the environment and the climate. Global warming and severe weather pattterns have resulted from this long-time problem.
The U.S. Government has an initiative in place madating a 70% reduction in automobile emissions by 2016. PDT Engines, Inc. welcomes that concern for the environment.
Why not move the timing of that mandate up a few years?
